Premium English is an online English teaching service provided by an individual teacher, Yulia. The site is designed for Russian-speaking emigrants and expats who want to improve their English for life, work, studies and relocation abroad.

You may use the site and Services for your personal, non-commercial learning purposes only. You agree not to copy, redistribute or resell any materials, lessons, recordings or course content provided through Premium English without our prior written consent.

You are responsible for ensuring that your internet connection, device and software are suitable for participating in online lessons and accessing course materials.

4. Lessons, bookings and payments

Lessons and courses are booked individually via direct communication (for example, through Telegram at @linguavoice) or other contact channels listed on the site. Prices, schedules, cancellation rules and payment methods are shared with you before you confirm a booking.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, lessons that are cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be fully charged.

5. Learning results and disclaimers

We will do our best to help you improve your English and reach your goals. However, we do not guarantee any specific exam scores, interview outcomes, job offers or relocation decisions. Your progress depends on many factors, including your starting level, time commitment and practice.

The site does not provide legal, immigration or medical advice. Any examples of phrases or situations are educational only and should not be treated as professional advice.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, lesson plans, recordings, texts, images and other content on the site are owned by Premium English or licensed to us. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own learning only.

You may not copy, publish, share publicly or create derivative works from our materials without our permission.
